Virtual Sports & Orthopedic Coaching

Dealing with a swimming injury but don't have a local physiotherapist? Or perhaps you do have one but aren't seeing any progress? Maybe you just want a fresh perspective? Schedule a coaching session with us!

 

Our one-on-one coaching sessions are conducted by Doctors of Physical Therapy and last a full hour. These sessions include a comprehensive subjective intake assessment, a visual movement analysis, and a guided orthopedic examination to identify your issues remotely. During these virtual sessions, your therapist will guide you through various assessments using your own hands to better understand your symptoms. They will then explain your condition and provide personalized education, tools, and resources to help you achieve your health and swimming goals.
